Branch coordinator / Office Assistant Responsibilities:

For a Reputed company need dynamic person for Vehicle Loan Process. 1- 2 year Experienced person in automobile Industry or Sales of 4 wheeler Vehicle Industry like Bajaj, Maruti Tata , Mahindra ,Hero and other in Sales Department

Understanding of customers need and proper guidance explanation of the finance schemes to the customers

Should have Local Market reach, good contacts with Local Automobile dealer, need to generate leads and work on reference lead.

Person has the knowledge of Sales is mandatory

Engaging with RTO agents and Liaison with RTO offices or faster processing of RTO documents and having absolute control over the process

Ensuring Post Disbursal Documents (RC Insurance and related documents) updation

Maintain portfolio quality by controlling early delinquency through first EMI and nonstarter collections

Timely communication to broker network about the scheme/ HO communication on payouts/RC, etc.

Daily sharing of MIS with case wise status of the leads given by broker

Understanding of customers need and proper guidance explanation of the finance schemes to the customers

Visiting on filed and close the lead and collect the Cheque and Documents from Field

Person has the knowledge of Sales is mandatory

Experienced person in automobile Company or Sales Vehicle Industry Bajaj, Maruti Hero and other in Sales Department

• Handling incoming calls and other communications from Head office and Client
• Managing filing system and keeping a track of visitors as well as customers.
• Managing Day to Day activity Maintenance and Rent records and share weekly basis to Accounts team
• Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
