• Potential Analysis of Existing Channel Partners and Appointment of alternative Channel / Partners / Dealers.
• Managing Channel Sales and Distribution Network.
• Multi-fold growth of Retailor Network under Dealers/ Channel Partners / Distributors.
• Ensuring Brand Visibility and Product Availability throughout the market.
• Ensure Growth in Primary & Secondary Sales
• Target Achievement Plan and Execution
• Plan and execution of promotional activities Electrician Meet, Retailor Meet, Product Launch, Product Promotion Plan through Demo Van, Product Demo Session for Dealers and Retailors, etc.

Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
