Period and nature of experience At least 2 – 4 years of experience;

Experience must at Corporate level but not at a division level

Handled reporting responsibilities independently;

Worked in IFRS environment

Added advantages -Post qualification experience of atleast 1-2 years in Big 8 accounting firms ;

Knowledge of working in SAP environment ;

Working knowledge in Microsoft Power Point

Soft skills -Good communication skills ; Confident:

Nature of tasks to be performed

• Assistance in monthly book closure, financial reporting to the group as per global calendar. Also, responsible for specific quarterly & yearly requirements like hedge transactions, stock based compensation entries and IFRS transitions, etc.
• Preparation of annual financial statement as per Ind AS and related statutory compliance as required by Companies Act.
• Preparation of related IND AS adjustments to be incorporated in the financial statements.
• Assistance in preparation of tax audit schedules.
• Handling various audits inter-alia Group audit, statutory audit and tax audit.
• Review of general ledger balances with the objective to identify old items and report to management on risks , if any,
• Support in adhoc requirements such as workings for tax assessments, Management reports, adhoc projects, etc.
• Overall responsible for accounting for payroll related accruals, expat pay, government grants, treasury entries.
• Identify tasks which are capable of being automated in respective areas and assist the relevant teams in such automation.
• Responsibility for inter company reconciliations, shared service income, warranty provisions.
• Ensuring compliances with internal control over financial reporting for areas managed by the individual.
• Preparation of unhedged foreign currency exposure related workings on a quarterly basis
