• To develop and manage the overall Schenker’s Contract Logistics & Supply Chain business nationwide.

• To manage, lead, plan and organize the over-all activities of operations and business development of logistics.

• Responsibility also includes creating innovative and profitable solutions to support all regional or global strategic accounts of Schenker.

• Collaboration with Cluster CL in ensuring continuous focus in improving Operation Excellence at various country sites

• To engage and collaborate with executive team and individual department heads to ensure that company’s operational priorities are aligned with total company strategy.

• To take the lead in customer engagement and contract negotiations to ensure product relevance and cost-efficiency.

• To develop new market and business opportunities to generate new revenue stream.

• To develop a sustainable CL team with capability to analyze operations, evaluate performance and manage cost, program improvement planning, adhere to policy changes and develop new

• To properly file, update and maintain all company documents and records timely.

• To prepare and submit accurate and timely reports required by management and customers.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management

• Excellent Communication Skills both oral and written

• Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Strong knowledge of emerging markets and work condition in SEA
