Technical Abilities: • Installation, configuration & maintenance of various Windows Servers i.e. 2012, 2016, 2019 • Backup and restoration of data from backup servers • Management, installation and configuration of Active Directory • Install and configure MSSQL, Backup scheduling and restore database. • Installation, configuration, manage & troubleshooting of DNS Server, DHCP Server FTP Server etc • Should have worked on Windows Servers and Managing independently. • Ability to understand Customer issues very quickly based on gathered information and fixes these issue. • Basic Understanding of network, VPN & Internet routers & switches • Basic understanding of O365 Role & Manageability: • Maintain a pro-active and creative approach to support situations. • Build trust, social activities & public relations with key account customers, work on solving their problems and respond to their requests any time • Promote the company’s image through attitude, professionalism, knowledge, customer orientation and responsiveness to customer’s needs
