Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: LonavalaPrimary PurposeWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual content for Della Adventure & Resorts. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to create compelling visuals that captivate our audience and promote our brand.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce engaging digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, website elements, email templates, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts and campaigns that align with the brand identity and strategic goals.
• Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all marketing channels and materials.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Use graphic design software and tools to create original artwork and illustrations.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Assist in the production of video content and other multimedia projects as needed.
• Conduct regular reviews and revisions of design work based on feedback from stakeholders.

Job Expectations:Qualifications and Our Expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other graphic design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including digital and print work.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
• Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Experience in hospitality or leisure industry design is an advantage.
