Responsibilities and Duties
- Daily accounting and books keeping
- Managing Ledgers of customers & vendors
- E way bill generation
- Tax & return filing – GST, TDS etc.
- Inventory management on Tally & Excel
- Create Invoice, Challans, Quotations & Purchase Orders etc.
- Follow-up & recovery of Payment
- Manage Purchase: Taking quotation, negotiation & payment.
- Salary & expenses calculations.
- Making Cashflow statement
- Managing PFMS accounts of Customers
- Working on GeM Portal: Bidding, Orders etc.
- Sharing work report to reporting manager
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Daily accounting & books keeping
- Tally ERP knowledge
- Inventory management
- Proficient in MS-Excel
- Communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹160,000.00 – ₹220,000.00 per year
Schedule:
