Full Job Description
1. Recorded meeting, Vendor Maintenance, Inventory records & Events Management.2. Scheduled all Conference Room meetings.3. Maintenance of Guest House, Mobile and Landline bills, Broadband bills for all sites.4. Coordinate with the logistic company for the collection of couriers.5. Maintaining Accounting documents and receipts of all expenses for Denali Office and Guesthouse.6. Vendor Management including Documentation, Purchase order, Billing collection, and payments.7. Managing and handling office supplies, stationery purchase & requirements.8. Supervision of Cook(Caretaker), office pantry Boy, and cleaning staff(HouseKeeping).9. Managing and Coordinating with all service providers.10. Attending walk-in visitors and board line queries office administration.11. Supporting Finance Team for All Bank activity like Cheque deposit, TDS deposit/ Challen, etc.12. Confidential document movement (Divyasree).13. Managing Security guards.14. Creating New Employee IDs for access control.15. Booking Cabs, Guest House for Management team and Handles petty cash.16. Following up with clients/Vendors through calls and emails for payments collection.Desired Skills:Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerpointPersonal Attributes:1.
