Job Title: Engineer Location: Pune Corporate Title: Associate Business Overview: This role is part of Risk-RFT Production integrity portfolio. Multiple applications in Risk domains need to be supported from BAU – Incident Management, Problem Management, Release support and DR. There is also focus on delivering automation items and adopting latest monitoring tools as part of Production Engineering deliverable. Your key responsibilities: Domain: Risk IT with multiple up-streams and down streams.

Tech Stack: MQ, DWEB, JMS, JAVA, DHSO V2(database), SFTP, Oracle, Hadoop, Unix and PL/SQL, GCP and, Monitoring Tools.

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Dev Ops – Experience with Linux/Unix systems and scripting languages such as, Python and shell Problem analysis and solving in multiple layers such as Infrastructure and application
• Deep knowledge of the Incident, Problem and Change Management processes within the ITSM framework at minimum must be ITIL V3 Foundation certified. Proficient at using Service Management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.) and service monitoring tools.
• Exposure to any cloud hosted solution and monitoring solutions
• Exposure to BFSI domain/IB Captive setup
• Hands on work on:

• Batch Management
• Incident Mgmt
• Capacity Management
• System Mgmt. & Health Checks
• CSI Opportunity Identification
• Event Management
• Business Continuity
• Supporting Change Releases
• DR Tasks
