Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our drycleaning business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting and invoicing, inventory, customer service, and pickup and delivery requests.Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations of the drycleaning business, including accounting and invoicing.Oversee inventory management, ensuring that supplies are ordered and stocked as needed.Greet and assist customers, handle complaints or issues as they arise, and maintain a positive customer service experience.Handle pickup and delivery requests and communicate with the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.Ensure all clothing is properly tagged and tracked in the system.Qualifications:4/5 years of experience in a retail business or customer service environment.Fluent in Hindi and Dogri, with proficiency in English language.Must have a smartphone and basic computer knowledge.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Salary and Hours:Salary: 15 Thousand per monthTiming: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PMWeek off: Thursday Every WeekIf you are an experienced and motivated individual with a passion for customer service and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Commission payOvertime payAbility to commute/relocate:Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:5S (Required)Application Deadline: 05/04/2023Expected Start Date: 01/04/2023
