Full Job Description
Responsibilities -:
- Greet customers when they arrive at the parts and service center and direct them.
- Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work.
- Respond to questions about the outcome of the service (after consulting with the mechanic, if necessary).
- Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings.
- Manage and oversee the service center’s workflow and scheduling.
- Call customers to inform them of changes in service or to let them know their vehicle is ready for pick-up
Work Experience – :
- Minimum 2- 3 yrs of experience in Automobile industry as service advisor
Skill -:
- Excellent communication skill
- Job Knowledge
- computer skill
Education – :
- Automobile diploma of three years or higher
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
