360dialog is a Berlin (Germany) based tech company which has been selected by WhatsApp as one of only a few partners worldwide to exclusively provide access to and develop solutions on top of the WhatsApp Business API. As of today we are providing our solutions for many major brands like IKEA, PepsiCo, Carrefour, KFC, Pizza Hut as well as over 10.000 customers worldwide.

Messaging is about instant communication and WhatsApp is the biggest messaging network with more than 2×10⁹ active users. This creates on the one hand interesting technological challenges on the other hand it allows us to learn and work with the latest and most interesting technologies available on the market.

The Opportunity

This role supports the Head of Account Management in daily operations including taking responsibility in managing the business relationships with our international technology partners.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Onboard new partners in the 360dialog partnership program, including training on WhatsApp Business API solutions and features and the 360dialog platform
• Understand our partner’s businesses and solutions to better advise on possible strategies and opportunities
• Manage our relationships with our partners, collecting feedback and identifying threats or opportunities to grow
• Connect with our support and sales teams, collecting feedback and identifying threats or opportunities to the partners education level in the WhatsApp Business API environment
• Negotiate new deals with partners
• Be responsible for upselling different solutions
• Maintain the CRM always updated with partner’s statuses and information to allow for visibility for the whole team
• Being always updated about the official WhatsApp Business API documentation and product roadmap including all new features and functions WhatsApp is shipping especially via API

Your profile

• Experience with account and relationship management
• Experience with SaaS products and/or messaging solutions
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in 2nd language
• Interest in understanding different business models and marketing, sales and customer support use cases and advising on strategies or possibilities to drive growth
• Familiarity with Facebook, messaging and WhatsApp
• Good educational and professional background

Your profile – optional qualifications

• Prior experience with Whatsapp Business API
• Experience building marketing campaigns or strategies
• Familiarity with Facebook products for businesses
