Employee Documentation to recheck(Offer letter, Appointment letter, experience letter etc.)For new candidate documentation to be done on the first day of joining day excluding any exceptional document.Rewards and recognition program on 15th of every monthTraining documentationsArrangement of Yearly festivals and Special events (like birthdays, Annual events)Arrangement of visiting cards, ID, Company shirts and mobile phone, laptop, sim card.Full and final settlement after 15 days from last working days of any employee.Orientation and Induction of new employeeSpecified documents like HR Policy and other ISO documents need to be updated or verified Quarterly.Office maintenance, and cleaning material and grocery arrangement.Office tea coffee and meal arrangement for visitors.Employee attendance, leave recording and salary calculation.Payslip issuing to employee.Paid services like internet, Consultant, Electricity, IT, Drinking Water and dispatch should be checkedTicket booking and accommodation arrangement for business visit.New Job Role to be added in the JD and KRA.Competency matrix should be reviewed quarterlyAC, Fan, Tube light all electrical equipment, All water supply equipment, Office tea, Office cleaning staff supervision,Interview candidate coordination and office arrangement.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusEducation:Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
