The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration, and have strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles. The candidate must have strong organization and communication skills, be detail orientated and hands on. • Handling all data-related queries including compilation of data, doing analysis and calculating various metrics on a regular basis, etc.

• Ensuring that any data required for carrying out the other responsibilities for the accounting team is properly instrumented, logged, and documented.

• Investigating data inconsistency and providing solutions to the leadership.

• Prepare reconciliations, assistance in preparation of financial statements, analysis and reporting.

• Create and send invoices, debtors MIS, and follow-up on email and phone

• Assistance in Audit preparation in a timely manner. Assist in implementing process improvements and efficiencies.

• Manage any other accounting functions for the company

• Working with management to prioritize accounting, business and information needs

• Creating reports and dashboards required by Accounts team upon request

• Demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines while managing several requests
