Job Description

We are currently looking for a Purchase Executive/Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience in the manufacturing & Retails stores with good communication skills.

• Shortlisting potential vendors and suppliers.
• Evaluating different offers and pricing points against the quality of purchased products.
• Negotiating contract terms.
• Ensuring timely delivery of products and materials.
• Maintaining a proper database of orders and timely updating of those records.
• Closely monitoring stock levels and maintaining the minimal buffer.
• Attending vendor meets exhibitions, and trade shows to stay updated with the latest industry trends and offerings.
• Preparing Work Orders with Terms & Conditions.
• Responsible for the management of the functions such as Supply Chain Management, Strategic Materials Management, Warehouse/Inventory Management, Vendor Management.
• Finalization of Purchase Orders & Contracts with approval of client and consultants.
• Generation of various MIS reports for management and Projection of monthly budget and flow to the management aiming towards optimum utilization of funds with lower inventory.
• Following up with suppliers of materials and coordinating with sites in respect of site requirements, quality of materials supplied, and thus meeting the project completion schedule.
• Responsible for procurement of various project related materials
• Commercially and technically checking of quotes after final negotiation with the Vendors, with respect to all the external factors like tax, freight, forms, etc. Preparing purchase orders and release.
• Updating on market trends, comparisons. Ensure purchase is being made as per system policy.
• Note: Applicants from Hyderabad will be preferred and Experience in the Hyderabad location will only be preferred.
