Key responsibilities:
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
Contact customers and discuss their overdue payments
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate subscription plan
Build long-term trusting relationships with customers
Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress

Take actions in order to encourage timely payments
Stay up-to-date with new products/features/services and new pricing/payment plans

Requirements:
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques most preferably outbound
Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
Excellent knowledge of billing procedures
Knowledge of various collection techniques
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Should be Proficient with English, Kannada, Telugu and Hindi (At least 3 Languages)

Note: The candidate will be required to work from our office in Bangalore, this isn’t a remote job.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹360,000.00 per year
