1. Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.

2. Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work

3. Perform risk, value management, and cost control

4. Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks

5. Prepare and analyzecostings for tenders

6. Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD software

7. Time management skills and adaptation to change

8. Ensuring drawings meet client and company standards

9. May produce 2D drawings associated with layout engineering (general layout drawing division into fire safety zones)

10. Perform routine, scheduled, unscheduled, and corrective maintenance within the assigned region

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
