Roles and Responsibilities:

Urgently Need Customer Services Associates for international Customer Service Day Shift /Rotational shift Voice Process

Job Details– Joining ASAP

• Should have excellent verbal & written English
• Must have min 1-year Experience in International Voice process Inbound/outbound in BPO/Call centre.
• Handling Inbound/outbound Customer Service calls effectively.
• Understand and resolve customer concerns & Provide service-related information
• Answer calls professionally and provides best customer service.
• Should be willing to work in Rotational shift.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent Communication skill
• Willing to work on Rotational shift
• 6 days working with one day rotational off.
• Female candidates preferred(Near to Noida location)

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
