Roles and Responsibilities:

Urgently Need Customer Services Associates for international Customer Service Rotational shift Voice Process

Job Details– Joining ASAP

  • Should have excellent verbal English
  • Must have min 1-year Experience in International Voice process Inbound/outbound in BPO/Call centre.
  • Handling Inbound/outbound Customer Service calls effectively.
  • Understand and resolve customer concerns & Provide service-related information
  • Answer calls professionally and provides best customer service.
  • Should be willing to work in Rotational shift.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent Communication skill
  • Willing to work on Rotational shift
  • 6 days working with one day rotational off.
  • Near to Noida/Ghaziabad location

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Technical support: 1 year (Required)
  • international voice process: 1 year (Required)
