Full Job Description
– Should handle & convince customers through calls, for vehicle service
– Proper Customer handling
– Maintaining of Reports.
– Communication with Service Head on productivity
– Continuous customer follow up with proper reminders
– Scheduling calls & prioritize work flow
– Multi tasking – need to enter notes in CRM while calling simultaneously
– Knowledge in working with any online/offline CRM
– Basic knowledge of Excel and word is must
– Quality parameters should be followed
– Customer focus and customer delight should be primary
Job Type: Full-time
