FICCI Looking For Consultant – Centre for Sustainability Leadership at New Delhi, Delhi, Full Time

We are looking for:

• M.A. (Eco), MSc, MBE, MBA
• Experience of 4-9 years in similar profile

Competencies:

• Analytical & Problem-solving attitude
• Ability to conceptualize & execute new initiatives
• Understanding of Strategic sectors
• Ability to understand and manage financial sustainability of operations
• Good understanding of industry ecosystem that caters to the strategic sector

Principal Accountabilities:

• Develop and implement a Growth Plan for assigned sectors aligned with the organizational -strategic plan to increase the reach and impact of the organization
• Lead and manage team members
• Identify, network and engage with concerned Ministries and departments, allied government bodies, major national and multi-national corporates, embassies & diplomatic missions, bi-laterals and multi-laterals and other chambers
• Prepare, review and deliver on budget commitments of each assigned sector
• Develop and publish knowledge base on policy developments, industry concerns, market trends
• Conceptualize and plan new initiatives
• Serve as in-charge of performance of select sectors in the organization, being responsible for all programs and activities thereunder
• Create and support events for sectors such as conferences, seminars, workshop, roundtables, master classes, stakeholder consultations etc. with funding support from the Government and Industry
