Mainframe Project Operations Support – Rotational Shifts

About the team

Team provide production support for incidents, commitment requests, releases and changes for assigned products and ensure we improve production support process.

What you will be doing

• Flexibility to work in Rotational shifts and weekend support

• Provides Operations support typically in a defined project.

• Examine data files, processes, forms, reports and operational needs of customers

  What you bring:

• 7 to 10 Years in COBOL ,CICS, JCL, VSAM, EZtrieve, CA/Endevor.

• Experience in CA7, or any other scheduler

• Experience in JCL

• Experience on Production Support

• Should make sure that all work load SLA’s are met for the current processing cycle.

• Should have the ability to handle JCL errors, restarts, etc

• Escalate issues that need more hands – on resolution, i.e. bad data, missing files, program abends, etc.

  Added bonus if you have:

• Knowledge of FIS’ products and services

• Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization

• Knowledge of financial services industry

• Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
