Job Responsibilities :
- You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
- You will be responsible for responding to inquiries and providing solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- You will be required to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You will be required to identify areas for improvement and come up with strategies to improve customer service.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Basic MS Office & MS Excel sheets
Education & Experience:
- Graduate
- 0-2 years of experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
