Role Title:

Service Delivery Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Allocating and managing daily assignment of work orders and field service resources

-Coordinating the onboarding and training of field service resources

-Outbound calls to customers to obtain further information and/or to identify customer satisfaction

-Delivering a high level of customer service through day-to-day interaction with the field team

-Ensuring performance metrics are met

Requirements:

-Experience in a scheduling/dispatching or a similar role is a MUST

-Experience in a fast-paced/high volume, customer-centric working environment essential

-Experience with MS Office

-High accuracy, and attention to detail

-Ability to learn and follow process flows

-Effective time management and organizational skills

-Outstanding customer and team engagement capabilities to communicate across all levels

-Should be available to work 6 days a week.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹29,000.00 – ₹39,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Morning shift

• Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
