RESPONIBILTIES:
1. Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working
relationships
2. Handle the chat process and promptly answer the queries of the customers over
what’s app
3. Raising a ticket for every query and coordinating with internal teams for the
solution and taking regular updates
4. Maintain customer records by updating all relevant information in the database
5. Handling queries over emails in a timely and accurate fashion

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
