Future and Fortune is a Financial service provider in Kochi. We are experts in the Personal Finance management of our customers. We deal with multiple products including all types of Insurance and Investment products.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of vital skills and possess good negotiation skills. On average, you will be expected to connect to 120-140 customers and schedule direct or online meetings with potential ones. We measure everything from your input effort, quality, and output. In a nutshell, you work with strict targets. In a nutshell, you work with strict targets – call customers – book appointments – visit them in person or online – sell our insurance and investments – take-home truck loads of money in the form of incentives and salary.

Salary: 10k to 18k + attractive incentives

Responsibilities

Identify potential clients, build relationships, and generate leads
Build relationships with prospective clients
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s offerings
Prepare presentations and proposals tailored to each client’s needs
Establish long-term relationships with key clients
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
Manage sales pipeline
Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 1-year experience in sales, Freshers are welcome
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
Ability to close deals quickly and effectively
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
CRM experience is preferred

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
