About the Role
The GapTech Strategy & Agile Transformation team is focused on evolving engineering from a project to product operating model. As a Senior Agile Coach, you will be part of the team responsible for standing up our Agile Center of Excellence and develop self-organizing and highly accountable Lean, Agile and DevOps teams, with high delivery performance.
As a Senior Manager Agile Coach, you will have experience in organizational transformation, implementing metrics, and monitoring delivery and results. You will also create and implement trainings to ensure our product teams are delivering maximum customer value. This role requires the ability to influence, teach and train at the VP and team Level for Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Program Management, in addition to managing a team of Agile Process Coaches within your assigned Product area.
