Summary

In the context of business and supply, pilot / coordinate Low Technical Studies (LV) and Monitoring of projects relating to services on High Voltage equipment (GIS, AIS)

Activities Main activities:

• Be technical manager of the Engineering process, from the start of the studies to the commissioning of the solution
• Manage the implementation of the study schedule, and ensure its monitoring in phase with the PGR (general implementation schedule)
• Study the BT / monitoring specifications and transcribe them in the Technical Definition
• Inform / Alert the PM of the difficulties / risks on the BT / monitoring part
• Define the technical solutions to meet the specifications (electrical principles, interlocks, diagram, etc.). In the event of strong contractual constraints, ensure to propose / argue our standard or options managed in relation to customer specificities and have them approved
• Participate with or without the project manager of the case in technical clarification with the client.
• Define the lists of LV / monitoring tools and the list of spare parts sold to the customer
• Manage the creation / update of contractual LV / monitoring schemes (to respond to the above solutions) by the LV project technician (s) assigned to him / her. In case of subcontracting, monitor and verify costs with subcontractors and have the purchase request processed
• Check the quality of the studies (electrical diagrams and other documents) LV / monitoring carried out by the LV project technician (s) (internal BE, internal GE group (India in particular) or subcontracted)
• Ensure that delivery deadlines for contractual BT plans are met
• Manage the production / update of the LV plans / specifications required to order LCCs, cables and cabling equipment from suppliers
• Ensure that the delivery deadlines for LV plans for manufacturing and the deadlines for launching nomenclatures in the CAPM are met
• In the event of QCD deviation, escalate the problems by explaining the impacts on the project
• He communicates with the supply department by transmitting the technical file for the production of the cabinets.
• It processes the modifications and can participate in the FAT.
• supports the on-site supervisor for the installation of low voltage cabinets.
• He is responsible for carrying out the “As-Built” plans

Activités secondaires : Responsible for updating or creating study rules for technical manuals used at BE BT

• Responsible for transversal actions within the fulfillment department (PM / BE / TEX)
• Lead inter-department improvement actions
• Represent the BE in working groups on technical subjects and be autonomous in decisions concerning engineering.
• Can act as a specialist in areas of expertise acquired during his career.
• Train and “sponsor” newcomers.
• Coordinate with the factory and / or the site the resolution of hazards across a range of products.

Education and experience: Electrotechnical engineer after at least 5 years of experience in a similar function Skills and abilities:

• Electrical schematic and control command of HV equipment (GIS station, AIS station)
• tool skills (Need to know and know how to use tools for the job):
• Good command of CAD software used in BT type e-plan, autocad or EB
