Job Purpose

• Responsible for the Workforce environment which includes the Facilities, Employee wellness , Employee Engagement , Administration etc, which results in a more happy and engaged employee resulting in more productive work and low attrition levels
• Responsible for the complete property management of RGIA including the Facility Planning , Coordination with the Govt. agencies , as SPOC for customers ( tenants) resulting in a happy customer & effective utilization of the resources
• Effective Space Management resulting in increased space availability to be exploited for commercial purposes

Effective building / facility management thereby increasing the life of the facility and lower life cycle costs.

Key Accountabilities

Responsible for:

• Revenue from leases
• FMS budget
• Estate Management Budget
• Responsible for all administrative activities encompassing – office operations, hospitality, events, travel & procurement related to office administration. – Internal FMS Score
• No of accidents/ incidents
• Responsible for the Employee Work environment with reference to Office Space , Cafeteria , Safety & Security , Hygiene , Employee Township management, Employee Engagement Initiatives etc.
• Responsible for the Facility Management of, Kirby Accommodation, Employee Township , CISF Qtrs., GHIAL Security qtrs. , City Office , 2 City Guest Houses – Feedback of services

Responsible for the Employee Work environment with reference to Office Space , Cafeteria , Safety & Security , Hygiene , Employee Township management, Employee Engagement Initiatives etc

• Member of Group FMS Council – Formation of Corporate FMS policies and its implementation at GHIAL – Number of policies formulated
• Stakeholder Management with relevant authorities outside the organization like state Police, PCB, Forest Dept. etc. to enable seamless operations on the landside. – No of interactions
• Optimization of Space Management to create leasable / commercial space – SQ Meter of leasable / commercial space created
• Management of BCM, GCM and GHB requirements at Hyderabad – Adherence to timeline for closure of action items
• Employee Engagement Score for the department – EE Score
• Business Excellence Score for the category of Work Force – BE Score – Workforce category

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

As part of office Space allocation at PTB interacting with external stakeholders like – Airlines , Retailers etc

Member of the AFCM ( Airport Facilitation Management Committee ) and interact with all the airport stakeholders – Airlines , CISF , Immigration

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

CEO State Government- Head FMS responsible for coordination with the State Govt. for obtaining the Buildings Fire – NOC

All internal HOD’s (CFO, CHRO,CCO etc) as member / Convener for – Food Committee , Township Committee , Steering Committee , Space Committee

• 06 locations across Northern India. – Delhi, Bajoli Holi, DFCC, Warora, Mumbai, Tilda.

• FMS staff strength of 17 numbers

Education Qualifications

• BHM/MHM (full time) or any full time degree in Hotel or Hospitability Management

Relevant Experience

• 20+ years of experience of handling FMS, administration specially from Hotel Industry
