Track the Vehicle reporting time to the warehouse.

Track the Loading TAT from reporting time.

Track on time vehicle dispatch

Measure and track the In time and Loading time and Dispatch time

Post Loading Completion Validate all the dispatch documents property billed or not

Ensure the vehicle documents and driver documents are valid before Loading

Track that the loading completed vehicle 100% go with live tracking by giving the tracking acceptance consent

Ensure offline vehicle tracking separately.

Ensure the daily tracking and Measure the per day transit (Min 300 Km and Max 400 Km) per day TAT,

Ensure E-way expiry tracking, if needed proactively intimated to respective team for extension

Monitor and measure TAT and Identify major delay and update the same with respective team for client coordination

Track Unloading – TAT(identify halting charges if any debit or damage or shortage)

Post unloading confirmation collect soft copy of POD

Post Trip completion follow up for Hard Copy of POD and proceed for Billing

Who You Are

Must be a Hindi speaking candidate and additional other languages would be a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

3+ years of experience would be an added advantage.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
