About The Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Efficiently manage data entry tasks using MS Excel, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, effectively contributing to the overall productivity of the office
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office records, files, and documentation, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval
- Perform receptionist duties when needed, courier, printing, and dispatch will be included
- Contribute to various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies
