The Conversational commerce services client is looking for an Engineering Lead to build their Research & Development hub in India.

As the head of engineering, you will be responsible for :

• Building and leading multiple agile development teams.

• Providing technical leadership to innovate, design, and build applications that will scale and support their platform serving more than 10.000 unique customers.

• Working in C#, JavaScript, Typescript, and Angular/React/Vue.

• Proactively raising issues that may impact delivery/roadmap commitments.

• Working closely with the Product management team.

• Identifying, proposing, and implementing process improvements to continuously increase the team’s productivity and efficiency.

• Maintaining and evolving the software architecture for current and future needs.

• Staying updated with the latest development best practices and sharing your findings with the team.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in computer science / IT.

• Track record in building, nurturing, and mentoring multiple development teams.

• 10+ years’ experience in overall software product development. Preferably in the Cloud/SaaS/Enterprise sector.

• Experience defining and developing web service APIs.

• Experience developing in C#, Typescript, and Angular/React/Vue.

• Agile and Test drive development methodologies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
