Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Operations Professional, the responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Review requisition requirements and work efficiently with requesters and/or client employees to fulfill the requisition in the form of a Purchase Order to the appropriate Supplier.

2. Recognize Non Catalog Purchases that should be directed to a Catalog Solution

3. Work efficiently with requester/client for additional information or any questions

4. Determine Source from Sourcing provided Master File

5. Negotiate cost savings and terms when applicable (non contracted sources)

6. Procurement of low dollar purchases services (including source identification as needed)

7. Price and delivery Confirmation

8. PO Order receipt Confirmation

9. Knowledge of all client specific processes and procedures

10. Complete Customer requests for set up of new suppliers including providing applicable information

11. Interface with clients and suppliers on supplier and payment issues in conjunction with tactical commodity manager

12. Maintain all relevant supplier documentation

13. Ensure audit readiness of all purchasing documents

14. Work with cluster leads and team lead

15. Resolve blocked invoices

16. Expedite and Emergency Orders and follow up on deliveries

17. Perform special projects as needed

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 0-3 years’ experience in Supply or Operations Management

• Prior experience with working effectively across different teams, processes and technologies to attain desired business, operational and compliance results.

• Good written English with e-mail etiquette.
