- Have a thorough understanding of the services offered by the Business Units
- Provide administration support across the prospect lifecycle of multiple opportunities.
- Assist with the production and arrangement to supply client requested documentation within defined timeframes.
- Supporting through the ‘End Game’ process – Register, Go / No Go, Develop Proposal, Sign-off
- Building relationships with Client procurement departments to be able to plan and position WSP for tenders
- Supporting the delivery of prospects and assisting in post-submission activities to help convert them to projects
