Job Description: 
Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing
o Cold calls
o Attract learner community by reaching out to colleges, social media posts etc
o Corporate calling
Campaign Management:
o Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, search engine marketing.)
o Manage campaign budgets and optimize performance based on data insights.
o Track campaign results and report on key metrics (website traffic, lead generation, conversions, etc.).
Content Creation:
o Craft engaging and brand-aligned content for various platforms (blog posts, social media captions, website copy, landing pages, etc.).
o Research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices for content marketing.
o Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality content.
Social Media Management:
o Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
o Create and schedule engaging social media content (posts, stories, live videos, etc.).
o Monitor and respond to comments and messages.
o Analyze social media performance and identify areas for improvement.
Website Optimization:
o Assist with website optimization for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX).
o Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
o Monitor website analytics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Data Analysis:
o Analyze data from various digital marketing channels to gain insights into campaign performance, audience behavior, and market trends.
o Translate data into actionable recommendations for campaign optimization and strategy development.
o Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing analytics tools and techniques.
Qualifications:
