IIM Nagpur invites applications from suitable candidates for the position of Executive Assistant to CAO.
Job Description
Position: Executive Assistant to CAO – (Regular – General)
Qualification and Experience:
Graduation in any discipline with Post graduation – preferably in HR.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in similar positions of administration / HR / front desk operations.
Age: Min. 30 Years – Max 40 years
Job Profile:
The selected candidate will manage the CAO Office including the CAO office administration, correspondence handling, BoG meetings coordination, hospitality and travel coordination.
Duties of the person include but are not limited to the following-
Managing the CAO’s appointments
Handling internal and external communication
Organizing board and other committee meetings including research and collating of relevant documents.
Assist in disciplinary matters pertaining institute.
Assist CAO as first appellant in the RTI cases.
Preparing agenda and minutes of the meetings.
Managing the travel plan for external visits.
Develop and maintain efficient filing system for administration office.
Any other co-aligned matters assigned from time to time.
May have to travel occasionally for outstation events/ meetings.
Key Skills:
The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Hindi and English.
Excellent use of MS-Office tools such as MS-Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Excellent organization skills and multitasking abilities.
Reporting to:
The selected person will report to the Chief Administrative Officer.
Salary & Benefits:
Selected candidate will be offered a Regular appointment at Level 6 of 7th Pay commission with a probation period of 2 years
