Job Summary
Dear Candidate,Currently we are looking for “Floor Coordinator” for our diagnostic centre.Education- 12th or Graduate
Experience- In any hospital (1-3 years)
Location- AhmedabadRoles and responsibilities1. Floor supervision and patientcoordination.2. Take feedback from all patients & maintain the data.3. Daily premises rounds of each floor.4. Filling of daily floorsheets, attendance registers, weekly check lists of housekeeping.5. Check all maintenance issues of all floors (lights, A.C, plumbing issues, etc….)6. Maintain floorwise complaintregisters & take regular follow ups for the complaint and resolve ASAP.7. Ensurefiresafetymeasuresareinplacewithuptodateknowledgeoffiresafetymeasures8. Maintenance of firesafetysheet9. Disposal of BMW with card filling and verification.10. Housekeeping staff dutyallotment&co-ordinate with Housekeeping supervisor for the staff.11. Ensure cleanliness ofall floors & premises.12. Stock allotment of Housekeeping staff.13. Patient dress and staff dress management.16. Washing machine and autoclavemachine maintenance17. Knowledge of Infection control and CPR with ability to give training when instructed.19. Make sure security staffs are all present & allot duty on required points.Thanks & Regards,
