What Makes You Stand Out:

• Experience of data mining (web scraping) for lead generation with the knowledge of

python.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain and clean database for the Demand Generation and Email Marketing teams
• Research and understand the real estate industry to identify high-quality leads using the help of the Sales & Marketing team.
• Regularly obtain and implement feedback from stakeholders about the quality of the leads.
• Constantly enrich database sources and techniques for extracting the data
• Keep the internal database up to date
• Build data mining processes, technology, and materials

Skills and Knowledge Required:

• Microsoft Excel
• Data mining tools for lead generation
• Scrapping tools and techniques
• Knowledge of sales intelligence platforms (Zoominfo, Apollo.io, etc)
• Knowledge of Hubspot is a plus
• Python is a plus (who can automate the process)

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
