• Develop a strong partner eco-system to drive sales growth in the assigned geography
• Increase the market penetration to build a strong brand for Intech products
• Identify market trends and being fully aware of new products and competition status and create brand awareness.
• Develops and drives the implementation of the sales strategies in alignment with organization’s goals to deliver on the overall growth of business.
• Strengthen the channel by adding new channel partners and driving sales through existing & new channel
• Train & Mentor partner’s team to generate sales leads and improve sales conversions
• Develop Sales plan for the assigned geography in consultation with Channel Partners
• Achieves the product pipeline objectives through various channels and initiatives to identify prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with the key end users
• Ensure all end user queries/concerns/complaints are timely addressed
• Drive high end user happiness
• Generate referrals & repeat sales thru existing end users

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹28,000.00 – ₹32,000.00 per month
