Responsibilities:

Preparation of BRS, Preparation of Debtors, Outstanding Statements Monitoring and Controlling Accounts

Statutory Compliance and Payroll Forecasting or Funds,

Receivables and Collections Preparing Debtor and Creditor reconciliation GST •Maintenance of books of accounts :

Maintenance of accounts in Tally ERP 9 Team Building,

Team Motivation, Reports, Accounting, Auditing, Policies related to Factory and Labor Act

Preparing the reports like Sales and Purchase Reports, Reports on the daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Preparation of collection reports

Vouching & Verification of Books of Accounts

Filing of GST monthly & yearly returns and related work

Preparation of MIS reports Preparation of Monthly P&L and Balance sheet Verification of stocks and Inventory with stock register

In charge of Payroll and Banking Activities

Monitoring and Verification of Salaries and

Monitoring Disbursement of salaries and wages Preparation of Stock statements
