About the position:

Intelehealth is dedicated to developing a strong implementation team to support health organizations in the use of the Intelehealth technology platform to drive the improvement of health status of underserved populations. We’re looking for a Project Manager who will be supporting the implementation of Intelehealth’s telemedicine projects in Jharkhand. This role will involve operational management of the projects and to work closely with technical and non-technical staff involved in deployment.

Requirements

As a Project Manager at Intelehealth, a typical day might include:

• Execute telemedicine projects with implementing partners on ground
• Coordinate with various stakeholders – implementing agency, funder, government – to deliver a successful implementation
• Generate stakeholder buy-in from key stakeholders
• Work with technical and non-technical staff manage telemedicine programs with partners
• Work with implementing agency’s field staff to executive periodic monitoring and impact assessment
• Periodic reporting of project metric to internal and external stakeholders
• Support in training the master trainers or end users
• Developing quotes and proposals for partners and funders
• Manage a team of project managers.
• Oversee their team’s workflow, performances etc
• Assist team members achieve their tasks

You have:

Qualifications and Experience:

• 
  Bachelors / Masters degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Public Health, Public Policy or similar with 1-3 years of field work experience.

• 1-3 years of prior experience in field level implementation

• Field experience working in rural areas in a developing country is highly desired

• Experience working independently

• Experience in working with rural/panchayat administration is highly preferred

• Experience in working with and training Anganwadi workers/Swasthya Sevikas/Self Help Groups is highly preferred.

Skills:

• You are willing to relocate and travel 80% of the time

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple stakeholder together
