Quqlification pefrence – BA ECONOMICS / BSC MATHEMATICS / BBA / BE / BFT / BMSOther Skills -Must have good comand in MS Excel / Inter personal communication / Generate reports / Make SOPsExperience -Min. 1 Year – Must have worked in the filed of analysis / reportings / forecastingGender -FemaleResponsibility-Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency .Supervise Housekeeping staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performanceManage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper managementManage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other dataTrack stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessaryDealing with email enquiriesDiary management and arranging appointments,Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)General office management such as ordering stationaryArranging both internal and external eventsProviding administration support to Sales Reps, and Senior ManagementJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹168,000.00 – ₹264,000.00 per yearBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English,Hindi,Marathi.
