Position Summary
-
Testing of pump based on test standard requirement, Preparation of test system documentation in consultation with Quality Head.

Responsible for carrying out third party inspection based on customer order requirement and QA plan, Prepare and submit testing documents based on customer order requirement.

Responsible for inspection and Authorized for accepting and rejecting of the products.
• Final inspection and testing of finished products
• Uses measuring instruments
• Ensure product meets requirements

Analyses customer complaints regarding performance of product and implement Corrective and Preventive actions. –

Data capturing, consolidation, analysis and Plan for improvements on a regular basis.

Ensures defect free products to customer.

Process capability studies.
-
Problem analysis and establish root cause, Plan and Implement CAPA.
-
Improves and maintain QMS within the Plant.
-
Implement QA system, & impart training down the line as and when required
-
Implement 5S system
-
Co-ordinates with Plant manager and clear day-to-day final inspection and testing
-
To provide technical assistance and advice to Project Team on quality planning for testing of new product.
Essential Responsibilities
Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering with 12-15 yrs of working experience in Testing / quality department.
