Full Job Description
Position Summary:
1. Managing telephones, extension, EPABX, Airtel co-ordination etc.
2. Managing incoming/outgoing couriers
3. Managing of stationary and pantry items
4. Visitor management – car, hotel, lunch etc
5. Maintaining of office supplies like Pantry, stationary etc
6. Introduction of new employees with the employees and help in induction
7. Petty cash management and arrangements for candidates coming for interviews
8. Hotel, lunch and car arrangement for employees, new joinees visiting from other offices
9. Clearing of invoices on monthly basis for the vendor related to admin services
10. Participate in employee event and help the organizing team
