Position: Marketing Support (Email/Chat)

Type: Permanent (Full Time)

Location: Permanent Remote work

Work Days: 5 days a week – Monday to Friday (permanent night shifts)

Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Salary: Excellent Hike On Current CTC + Additional bonus

Responsibilities:

• Develops, updates, customizes, and assembles standard marketing or sales materials for client/prospects
• Interpretation of market research and competitor information
• Maintain strong communication between marketing managers and internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the process with Zero Tolerance and Zero mistake
• Provides support to sales and marketing staff by interacting frequently
• Respond quickly to client queries and communicate with clients via email/chat
• Regular follow ups with clients if needed
• Maintain a log of all client interactions and develop marketing leads
• Gather client feedback and share with Product, Sales and Marketing managers.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work alone, multi-task and with less supervision
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, marketing tools, and web applications
• Ability to manage or execute day to day demands

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹9,716.95 – ₹60,000.00 per month
