Roles and Responsibilities

1 To Check for Part Correctness from CWH

2 Identify the Parts and arranging in sequence

3 To Pick correct Sequencers Card and place on Trolley

4 Raise JIT call

5 Picking and supplying the proper parts to the Assembly line in a Trolley

6 Ensure the Parts are not damaged and no damaged or wrong part is to be supplied on sub assembly

7 Inform the Leader about receiving damaged Part or wrong part and documentation of the same8 Inventory Check

9 Ensure Safety precautions in their respective area

10 Maintaining Discipline on floor and take necessary action for prevention and reoccurrences.

11 Maintain 5 S in their area

12 Participation in Kaizen

13 Upkeep maintenance (Cleanliness & basic care ) of Tow Truck

14 Supplying trollying with the help of Tow Truck

Authority and Accountability

1 To inform the Team Leader about wrong part or damaged part received.

2 Collect the scrap and put in scrap bins kept at designated locations

3 Bring back Empty sequence Trolley from Assembly line

4 Cleanliness & Maintenance of Sequence Trolley

5 Maintenance of Tow Truck

6 Correct Part supplied on Line on time

7 Correct Identification of Parts and inform the Team leader if any damaged Part or wrong Part is received.

8 Zero Claims from Customer

9 JIT Call on minimum Order level.

10 Segregate rejection part to avoid mixing

11 Correct Sequencing

12 Safe Driving of Tow Truck and supply of Trolleys in timely manner

13 Upkeep of Tow Truck and ensure the timely maintenance of Tow Truck

Location Chakan (Pune)

Qualification: ITI (Electrical) and / Driving skills of Tow Truck

Relevant work Experience: 2-3 yrs exp in Automobile industry
