You’ll work as a Technical Executive, reporting into the Property Manager.
In this varied role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
The Technical Executive primary responsibility is to oversee the efficient operation of all building systems
Responsible for protecting and improving the value of the Owner’s or Client’s asset, and ensuring that the facility and building systems meet or exceed their rated life.
Focusing on building operations reactive and preventive maintenance, small project execution, energy management, engineering staff supervision, training, subcontractor supervision and budget control.
Insure the availability of an adequate operating inventory of tools and supplies including developing sources for stock materials.
Assist the Property Manager in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property including customer/client services, financial management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management.
Track the AMC/Warranty/Defect Liability Period of all systems – DG, BMS, CCTV, WTP, STP, Fire Safety System, contracts, maintenance calls, etc.
Identify safety hazards within the property and incorporate the remediation of such hazards to ensure that the building’s staff and engineers work in a safe environment.
Maintaining Engineering Reports.
Responsible for emergency situations (i.e. fire, evacuation, equipment failure, etc.).
Ensures compliance with applicable codes, regulations, government agency and company directives as relates to property operationsMaintain engineering reports

Education and experience
Any Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical. You’ll need between two and four years’ experience in Facility (OR) Property Management. A working knowledge of any major vertical industry will also be very helpful.
An eye for detail
You’ll have an eye for detail and an ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information – and translate this into strategic deliverables.
Great organisational skills
You’ll have great time management and organisational skills, and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your team’s or client’s changing requirements.
