Full Job Description
We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.ResponsibilitiesManage all accounting transactions (ledger creations)Prepare budget forecastsPublish financial statements in timeHandle monthly, quarterly and annual closingsReconcile accounts payable and receivableEnsure timely bank paymentsCompute taxes and prepare tax returnsManage balance sheets and profit/loss statementsReport on the company’s financial health and liquidityAudit financial transactions and documentsReinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessaryComply with financial policies and regulationsClient Coordination and Payment FollowupQualifications for AccountantBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experienceFreshers or 1-2 years of accounting/finance experienceDemonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with accounting softwareExcellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organizationThorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliationHighly detail-orientedGood Communication KnowledgeJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftUS shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Tamil (Preferred)English (Preferred)
