- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports
- Process reimbursement forms
- Prepare bank deposits
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- maintain day to day transaction records.
- basic computer knowledge ( ms office -excel,word ) must
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Organization skills
- collect purchases bills and preparation of purchases statements.
- cash handling.
- Tally ERP 9 experience preffered.
- day to day entries in tally.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
