• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Create and update expense reports
• Process reimbursement forms
• Prepare bank deposits
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy
• Maintain digital and physical financial records
• Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
• maintain day to day transaction records.
• basic computer knowledge ( ms office -excel,word ) must
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures

• Organization skills

• collect purchases bills and preparation of purchases statements.
• cash handling.
• Tally ERP 9 experience preffered.
• day to day entries in tally.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
