Overview

Location: Chennai

Position objevtive:

• Handle Customer Laboratory Services (CLS) of KAQ South Asia region

• Be part of global R&D team and handle small R&D projects

• Contribute to writing research reports and presentations

Responsibilities

· Conduct laboratory analysis of feed and feed materials from customers, commercial trials etc. with minimal supervision. Compile and interpret results and deliver reports as per timeline.

· Visit customer feed mills/farms along with technical and sales team to conduct product demonstration trials.

· Develop demo kits, comparative data with competitor products etc. and publish reports to support commercial team.

· Prepare PowerPoint presentations and present at monthly R&D meetings and CST meetings. Participate in WWCES meetings.

· Contribute to standardizing new analyses or developing protocols.

· Run H1 R&D projects (cost reduction, minor reformulations)

· Protect all confidential information such as formulations, trade secrets and other commercially sensitive information.

· Carry out research activities with high scientific and personal integrity and also by following good scientific and laboratory practices.

· Conduct all research activities with strict adherence to the health and safety policies of the company.

Qualifications

· Masters in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Applied Microbiology with 5 -8 years years of experiance

· Candidate with experience in analysis of feed samples is preferred

· Skills: HPLC, microbial techniques, ability to make presentations, good analytical skills
